what is the best way to go to canda or europe and start working , and if possible studying (prepare for PHD ), i reallly need help with this , a website is most preferred .

Anyone who says they can arrange a job and admission to Canada is a scam artist. It isn’t going to happen Now and it isn’t going to happen tomorrow. For Canada it will take months if you are really skilled or more likely years.
