If i am traveling to Europe this summer should i exchange my us dollars for euro’s now or wait?

Best is to take your bank card and use the ATMs in Europe. That way you get the best exchange rates at the least cost.
Exchange rates are never predictable, but in the last few months the dollar has become stronger compared to the euro and the British pound, if that goes on, exchanging as late as possible will give you the most for your money.
But selecting the cheapest way to get your money will give you more money than the sharpest trading on the exchange market.
Just inform your bank that you will be away and ask if your bank card is ready for use abroad.
