travel insurance for over 84 year old?
I am trying to insure my mother for a trip to Europe – either single or annual cover for next month for fourteen days. She is in rude health at 84 years old- she is 85 in the summer. I find the premiums hugely expensive, but Ryanair seems to be able to cover – but am worried in case they have any small print… advice please!
Read the small print carefully but most importantly, make sure that any illnesses or issues are disclosed fully as certain companies will refuse to pay out because they claim that any illness which occurs whilst on holiday, may be a preexisting condition. You could try SAGA for an insurance company.
