Europe Travel Reviews

If you’ve searched for anything on Google recently, you may have noticed the second or so result being search results for Twitter. For example, if I were to search for “Europe Tours” on Google, I might get tweets from my favorite travel agencies, bloggers, or airlines. So you might be one of those three looking to get in on this great web traffic for certain travel keywords. Well, this article will detail how to do just that and how one might use Twitter to find that great deal on that Escorted European tours.

Many travel agencies will post their great deals on escorted European tours right within their tweets. The tweet will contain the savings, the specific tour, and a link to the website. This helps because you can follow many travel agencies & airlines and instantly get a comparison of who is giving the best deal of the day.

If you are promoting a tour, you must keep in mind is that these tweets are only 140 characters long. That means you only get just a small message and might be missing some of the details. To make sure you are not missing out; follow the link at the end of the tweet. Most Twitter clients and applications have a URL shortening service, thus creating a shorter link for you and cutting down on characters if you a travel service. If you are the one writing the tweets, make sure that the link you shorten is one leading to current information of your agencies website. This traffic will push eyes & clicks to your site.

You still have to make sure that you are only at 140 characters though. Try using keywords relevant to your agency. For example, If you specialize in tours of Europe, add that within the first few words of that tweet. This will help make your tweet stand out in either Google’s search or even Twitter’s search.

Lastly, if you are feeling creative, you could make a hash tag. Hash tags help group tweets of similar content. So if you post a lot of deals on European tours, you could make a hash tag that said #europeantours. This way, if someone clicked on that tag on someone else’s tweet and you had happened to post about it recently, they might see your tweet and follow through to their site. These hashtags could also increase traffic to your website by having people clicking on your link within the tweet instead of someone elses. This is called a conversion.

To sum it all up, Twitter will become a great tool for you; even if you are someone looking for that next great Europe tour or trying to sell that exact Europe tour. For what it’s worth, I’ve managed to find the best example of a agency that utilizes Twitter to it’s full abilities in the sales of european tours.
